ProQuest® Title Lists lets you produce lists of the publications included in ProQuest databases. Each database product includes publications that either focus on a specific area of interest (such as business), or that are diverse enough to span a wide range of general interest topics.
The Title List System lets you:
View the most current title list. The title lists are updated each month.
Establish title counts for various formats
Determine the article formats available for each title .
Go to http://www.proquest.com and choose Title Lists.
You see the Title Lists page.
If you know the name of the Database Product:
Enter the product name in the Database Product field.
Select the Product Media (Electronic or Licensed Database).
Click SEARCH.
Or
If you don't know the name of the Database Product:
Click Browse to view a list of available products.
You see the Browse Title Lists page.
Click the name of the desired Database Product.
You see the Select Title List Format page.
(If you want to see the Title List for the diversity studies databases,
these are not dynamically generated. Instead, at step three you will see
an Excel file. See the instructions for handling Excel files in step 6 below.)
In the Statistics area, select the statistics you would like to view for the Title List.
Most of the statistics are self evident, but two may need more explanation:
Peer Reviewed. Select peer reviewed to limit your results to peer reviewed publications.
Changes. Select changes to limit your results to information that has changed since the title list was last updated.
(Some statistics for the Newspaper and Licensed Database products are not available yet.)
In the Format area, click the output format for your Title List:
HTML. You will see an HTML formatted table of the requested information on your screen.
Click Print on your browser bar to print the information or select Save As from the File menu to save the information to an HTML file.
Microsoft Excel. You will see a spreadsheet in the browser window. Select Save As from the File menu. If you have Excel installed on your computer, save as an Excel worksheet. If you don't have Excel on your computer, save the file as a comma-delimited text file and follow the directions in the next section to import the information into Excel.
Text-only ASCII. You see the text file on your screen. Click Print on your browser bar to print the information or select Save As from the File menu to save the information to a text file.
Tab-Delimited. You see a tab-delimited file on your screen. Click Print on your browser bar to print the information or select Save As from the File menu to save the information to a text file.
Comma-Delimited. You see the comma-delimited file on your screen. Click Print on your browser bar to print the information or select Save As from the File menu to save the information to a text file.
Close your browser and open Excel.
Choose Open in the File Menu and select the comma-delimited file you saved.
The Excel Wizard will ask a few questions for formatting. Choose these settings:
Data type: delimited
Delimiters: comma (deselect any other settings)
Column data format: general
Click Finish.
The spreadsheet will open in the Excel window. Adjust your column widths, fonts, etc., as necessary.
You can now sort titles by date, ISSN, title, or any other column by using the Sort function under the Data Menu.You can quickly see how many publications are available in any format or category by viewing the number in parentheses below the category label.

If you download the information and import it into Excel, you can quickly see what formats are available for each title.
Follow the steps above to download and import the information into Excel.
Select the area to sort.
Select Sort from the Data menu.
Select the column you want to sort on (for example, Page Image First).
You can now see which titles are available in Page Image format.
